Shipping & Returns Policy
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
- Most items are shipped via FedEx, UPS or Canada Post. Expect your product to arrive within one week of the shipment date.
- Custom orders usually arrive in about 2 weeks.
- We are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date and time, or call before your item is delivered. If you are not home when the shipping company tries to deliver, the shipping company will leave a note.
- Items ordered at the same time may not necessarily be delivered together.
- Antique furniture shipped to outside of the Chatham Kent area, will be delivered within a 2 week period. These items will be delivered by our competent and experienced drivers. We make this special delivery to make sure all antique furniture reaches its final destination in mint condition.
- Once you have placed your order you can check your order status to receive your expected shipping date and tracking number.

Express shipping is not available for antique furniture deliveries outside of the Chatham-Kent area.

Shipping & Delivery:
Orders of regular stock products will normally be shipped within 2-4 business days of confirmed payment unless otherwise specified. Actual delivery can
vary based on your distance from our store. Please allow for up to 2 weeks for delivery. If for any reason, there is a delay in processing your order,
you will be contacted by E-mail.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship most products to P.O. boxes, APO addresses. Please provide a physical address as to where the product should be sent to.
Those products that can be shipped may be done so via Canada Post without tracking details provided. However, all shipments are insured against lost or damage.
Products bought within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post, or FedEx.
Products being sent to the US or overseas will be shipped via UPS. If you have any other preferences please contact us.
Items damaged in transit MUST be reported to our office within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be needed as part of the damage claim.
All products are warehoused within Canada, the U.S. and International customers will be responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage charges, which may be billed upon delivery by the carrier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Urban Renewal Decor will do everything possible to accommodate order changes and cancellations. However, to provide the best service possible most in
stock orders are processed immediately. If your order has already been processed or has already left our warehouse we are unable to stop or make any
order adjustments.

Returns & Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is very important to us, so we will strive to make every order right.
All returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Items returned without a Return Authorization Number or proper return documents may be refused.
- Unless the item is being returned for an exchange due to a defect, it must be returned unused in the original packaging.
- All returns must include a Return Authorization Number, and must be returned following the instructions provided. Returns sent without proper documentation may be returned to the buyer at their expense.
- All of our regular stock products come with a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee, unless otherwise noted.
- Certain Custom or Special Order products, including personalized items, have a limited, defective or damaged exchange only policy.
- Items damaged in transit MUST be reported to us and the shipping company within 48 hours. Please take pictures of the damaged parcel at time of arrival.
- For regular stock products, simply contact us for instructions on how to return your purchase within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the original purchase price.
- Each return will require a Return Authorization Number to ensure that your refund or exchange is processed in a timely fashion.
- Please contact our customer service department at info@urbanrenewaldecor.ca before returning any items.
Items returned without a Return Authorization Number or proper return documents may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Order
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please refer to our return & exchange policy, then email or call 519-352-4500 with information as to what is
wrong with the item and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Please include your order number.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received at our distribution center, it will take 7 to 10 business days to receive your refund. If you have a question about your refund, please email us or call 519-352-4500.
SPECIAL & CUSTOM ORDER EXCHANGE POLICY:
Due to the nature of custom-made and personalized items, cancellations and returns will not be permitted. Some
Special and Custom order items are covered by a damaged / defective item exchange policy only, and are not included in our 15 Day
Money Back Guarantee.
These products include:

PERSONALIZED ITEM REPLACEMENT POLICY:
If a personalized item is incorrectly processed, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
However, please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned nor exchanged. Please double-check your personal message before sending your order.
